okay, let's start
1. Download ApkTool X (Here)
2. Install us usual.
3. Open ApkTool X and go to settings, change:
ApkTool Version : 2.0.1
Aapt Version : 5.1
4. Create a folder with the name up to you
5. Copy your Framework-res.apk from system/framework to sdcard/your folder/here
6. Open ApkTool and Decompile Framework-res.apk and Recompile, sign.
7. Rename Framework-res.apk to 1.apk
8. Move 1.apk to data/data/per.pqy.apktool/here and set permission rwxr-xr-r (755)
9. Done!...
